SSBB Global is a South African manufacturer and supplier of specialised automotive fabrication components, merchandise, and engineered build solutions. We operate primarily through our online store and accept custom build requests from clients across South Africa and internationally.

3. Products & Services

3.1 Stock Products

Products listed on our store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Custom Build Orders

Custom fabrication orders are accepted via our Build Request Form. By submitting a build request and confirming an order, you agree to the specifications, lead times, and pricing communicated by SSBB Global. Custom orders are binding once confirmed and are non-cancellable after 24 hours of confirmation.

3.3 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. Raw material variations (such as finish, texture, or minor dimensional tolerances) are inherent to fabricated aluminium products and do not constitute a defect.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full before order processing or production commences.
SSBB Global uses secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details.
International orders may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Orders & Contract

An order placed on ssbbglobal.com constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed once SSBB Global sends an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ssbbglobal.com — including but not limited to product designs, photographs, text, branding, and logos — is the intellectual property of SSBB Global. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

SSBB Global warrants that all products are manufactured to the specifications confirmed at the time of order. This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from incorrect installation or use
Normal wear and tear
Modifications made by the customer after delivery
Use of products outside their intended application

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ssbbglobal.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

SSBB Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
